Refunds

Cancel at any time by writing to us and you will not be charged again. Ask for a refund at any time before we light that month's candle and we will return the full amount, no questions. Once we have lit your candle and sent the video, that month's service has been performed and we do not refund it. If your video has not arrived within seven days, write to us and we will either send it or refund you.

If you paid once for a single candle, there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again. The same refund terms apply: ask at any time before we light it and we return the full amount, and once your candle is lit and the video sent, the service has been performed.
